The C650V cruiser has been unveiled internationally by Chinese-owned motorcycle manufacturer MBP. The motorcycle will compete against the Super Meteor 650 and Interceptor 650 from Royal Enfield in those markets.

The C650V’s 647cc, V-twin engine, which produces 68 bhp at 8500 rpm and 62 Nm at 7000 rpm, is its standout feature. MBP states that its top speed is 175 kmph, which is adequate for the market. A single disc brake at the back, a pair of disc brakes up front, and dual-channel ABS work together to bring the C650V to a stop. In the meantime, KYB upside-down forks and a mono-shock with 55mm of travel at the rear are responsible for suspension. The MBP C650V has two display screens installed, one on the handlebar and the other on the fuel tank. Other than that, the headlamp, turn signals, and tail lamp all have full-LED lighting.

But in terms of styling, the C650V resembles the Harley-Davidson Fat Bob a lot. Because of this, it has a power cruiser look, complete with fat tyres, a powerful fuel tank, twin pipes, and a pillion back rest. Even in international markets, the MBP C650V is not yet for sale, but that is expected to change by the beginning of 2023. It won’t, however, travel to India any time soon.
