Simple Energy is a Bangalore-based electric two-wheeler company. It is a new firm that will introduce its first product, an electric scooter called Simple One, this month. The company has a plant in Hosur that can produce 1 million units per year. The Bangalore-based startup has planned a phased India launch, with pre-orders for the Simple One set to begin on August 15th. Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Punjab are among the states where the business intends to open dealerships.
