To begin with, the front fascia of the bike has been modified with the addition of a new LED headlamp that is expected to provide better illumination than before. Furthermore, the headlight appears to have three modes of operation, and the rider can select the appropriate one via the revised switchgear, which includes a new headlamp button. Hero has also added a larger windscreen for better wind deflection, as well as a pair of more premium-looking handguards.

According to a teaser video published by Hero, the upgraded Xpulse 200 4V will also include three riding modes. These modes, we believe, will basically change the ABS setting. While the current model has a single-channel ABS, the next model should include dual-channel ABS to incorporate different modes. These modes are called ‘road,’ ‘ off-road,’ and ‘rally,’ and they sound like they will allow the rider to switch off the ABS for both the rear and both wheels. The addition of this capability will undoubtedly make the Xpulse a more versatile and entertaining machine.

The arrival of the redesigned Hero Xpulse 200 4V at dealerships suggests that an official announcement will be made soon. While the earlier model is priced at Rs 1.39 lakh (ex-showroom), the aforementioned improvements will almost certainly result in a minor price increase.
