Maruti Suzuki unveiled the five-door Jimny for the first time at the Auto Expo 2023, and it has now officially confirmed the forthcoming SUV’s launch date. The model went on sale in January for Rs. 25,000.
The new Jimny will be available in India in the first week of June. The SUV will be offered in two models: Zeta and Alpha. Sizzling Red, Nexa Blue, Granite Grey, Pearl Arctic White, Bluish Black, Sizzling Red with a Bluish Black roof, and Kinetic Yellow with a Bluish Black roof are among the model’s colour possibilities.
Maruti Jimny 2023 would be powered by a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated K15B petrol engine producing 103bhp and 134Nm of torque. This engine will drive the wheels with either a five-speed manual gearbox or a four-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The SUV’s mileage was recently announced by the manufacturer.
