KTM India is expanding its product line with the introduction of the more inexpensive 390 Adventure X in our market. This version of the company’s sub-500cc adventure tourer has fewer amenities, allowing the Austrian manufacturer’s Indian branch to price the motorcycle more affordably. We previously shared the top five highlights of the 2023 KTM 390 Adventure X as well as a detailed photographic gallery.

In this section, we discuss the colour possibilities accessible in our market for adventure tourers. This variation of the 390 Adventure series is available in two colours: Galactic Blue and Dark Galvano Black. The X variant’s paint schemes and aesthetics are noticeably different from the ordinary version of the motorcycle. The Galactic Blue paint boasts bright colours, whereas the Galvano Black paint has a more subtle appearance. Notably, the chassis, subframe, and alloy wheels on both models are blacked out.

Meanwhile, the 2023 KTM 390 Adventure X looks comparable to the standard motorcycle. Thus, this new type retains a split-style headlight with twin LED DRLs, a small windscreen, a 14.5-litre petrol tank, split seats, a side-slung exhaust, and tubeless tyres on 19-inch front/17-inch rear alloy wheels.

Full-LED lighting, switchable ABS, a slipper clutch, and a 12V USB charger are among the features carried over from the standard model to the X variation. However, unlike the premium model, this low-cost counterpart has an LCD screen and lacks Bluetooth connectivity. This model also lacks traction control, riding modes, cornering ABS, and a quick-shifter.
Because of these cost-cutting efforts, KTM India has been able to sell this model of the 390 Adventure series at Rs. 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Please keep in mind that this is an introductory price, and KTM India may soon modify the ex-showroom price.
