CFMoto, a Chinese manufacturer, has gone on an unveiling spree, showcasing new models in various segments. The fully-faired SR450 is one of these.
The CFMoto SR450 takes styling cues from the SR-C21 concept, which debuted at the EICMA in 2021. While CFMoto already has the 300SR, the SR450 takes a more futuristic design approach. If you think the SR450 looks familiar, you’re right: it’s eerily similar to the Keeway 300SR sold in India. Go to the expert reviews section to read the full-ride review on that motorcycle. Returning to the CFMoto SR450, the bike features an aggressive design with a sleek front end accented by LED DRLs and a headlamp.

It even has the same grey, black, and red colour scheme as the concept upon which it is based. However, it retains the aero winglets on the fairing, which is a first in its class.
The SC project’s carbon ceramic brakes and full-system exhaust are no longer available. Even though the clip-on handlebars have been lowered, they remain on the production bike. Under the fairing now sits a 450cc parallel-twin engine with 50bhp, putting it directly in competition with the KTM RC390. The CFMoto SR450 features ABS, full-LED lighting, and a TFT display with a large readout.

While CFMoto had a brief presence in India, the company does not sell its products here. And, with no news of its return, the SR450 is unlikely to arrive in our market anytime soon.
