Royal Enfield unveiled its third and most recent 650cc motorcycle, the Super Meteor 650, just a few days ago at EICMA 2022. The bike is also listed on the Royal Enfield India website, and it will make its debut at Rider Mania 2022. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
The new Super Meteor 650 is Royal Enfield’s third middleweight offering and its second cruiser motorcycle. As a result, it gets the same relaxed design with a proper cruiser stance that includes a wide handlebar, scooped rider seat, and forward-set footpegs.
The Super Meteor is powered by the same 648cc parallel twin air/oil-cooled engine that powers the Interceptor and Continental GT. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and produces 46.2bhp and 52Nm. In addition, the Super Meteor 650 is the first Royal Enfield motorcycle to feature USD front forks and dual rear shocks. The braking system consists of a single 320mm front disc and a 300mm rear disc with ABS. The Super Meteor has 19-inch front and 16-inch rear alloy wheels to help it get around.

In addition to LED lighting and ABS, the bike has twin-pod instrumentation. The larger dial features a digital analogue setup with all of the standard readouts such as the speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel level gauge, and more. In the meantime, the smaller pod houses the Tripper Navigation system, which aids in turn-by-turn navigation.
The Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 are price at Rs 2.88 lakh and Rs 3.05 lakh, respectively. And we anticipate that the Super Meteor 650 will be slightly more expensive than its two siblings. It will also receive a list of accessories available on the company’s official website.
