Hero MotoCorp has launched the Super Splendor Xtec in India for Rs 83,368. (ex-showroom, Delhi). It will receive a few updates in 2023, and here’s what we know about the new Splendor model.
Hero Super Splendor Xtec Qualities
The addition of Bluetooth connectivity and a fully digital instrument console is one of the most significant changes made by the Xtec trim. As a result, the Super Splendor Xtec has a new LCD that can be paired with your smartphone and provides access to missed calls/SMS alerts as well as various readouts. A speedometer, odometer, trip metre, fuel level readout, and mileage are all on the list. There’s also a USB charging port beneath the instrument panel.
Specifications for the Hero Super Splendor Xtec
In addition, Hero MotoCorp has used an updated OBD 2-compliant 124.7cc single-cylinder engine in the new Super Splendor. It produces 10.7bhp and 10.6Nm and is mated to a five-speed transmission. We anticipate that this engine will be just as economical as the one used in the other Splendor trims. Furthermore, with the OBD 2 standards, the bike now receives real-world emission diagnostics rather than lab-recorded results.
Hero Super Splendor Xtec Colors and Styling
While the majority of the styling on the Xtec model has been carried over from the standard model, the addition of an LED headlight is noteworthy. The unit also has an LED DRL that separates the high and low beams. The single-piece seat, grab rail, halogen turn indicators, and overall slim design remain unchanged. Meanwhile, the Super Splendor Xtec is now available in two new colour schemes: Candy Blazing Red and Matt Axis Grey.
Hardware Hero Super Splendor Xtec
